• Started as a right hand in every role I've had, to a photographer, a corporate supervisor in BPO handling telecom and financial accounts, and most recently to a CEO running three businesses under one roof.
• My scope covered overseeing day to day operations, managing 6 active client accounts, coordinating between internal and external teams, building SOPs from scratch, training new hires, and making sure the CEO only dealt with what actually needed him.
• I also built and shipped real projects using AI tools including apps, automations, and a client landing page.
