Website, Digital Marketing, Sales & Admin VA – Australian Plumbing Business

Prestt Plumbing is a growing Melbourne plumbing and drainage business looking for a proactive, capable Virtual Assistant to become a long-term part of our business. The first major project will be building our new business website from scratch with input from the owner and taking responsibility for getting it completed professionally. Ongoing responsibilities will include managing our Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram, creating and posting content, editing photos/videos, preparing professional customer reports and documents, managing emails, customer follow-ups and general administration. The role will also include outbound cold calling, lead generation, networking and sales follow-ups with property managers, facility managers, businesses and prospective clients. Over time, the role may expand into answering customer calls, booking jobs, following up deposits/payments and Xero invoicing. We are looking for someone highly resourceful who can take basic instructions, photos, videos or information and turn them into professional finished work without needing constant supervision.
