Requirements

• Must have clear, neutral English with no heavy accent — calls are to UK small business owners.
• Previous B2B cold calling experience is essential, ideally in sales or lead generation.
• Comfortable working from a script while sounding natural and conversational.
• Confident handling objections.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with basic call logging in a Google Sheet or CRM.
• Available to work during UK business hours (9am–5pm GMT).
• Honest about call outcomes — no inflating numbers.
